Since Vatican II there have been an increasing number of Catholic and ecumenical initiatives geared towards training Catholic young people in evangelisation and towards mobilising them into missionary service. As the number of participants in these lay missions programs has grown over the years, so too has the awareness of the need for more specific leadership formation.
Discipleship training, knowledge of doctrine, and an awareness of general leadership principles have often proven to be insufficient to meet the demands placed upon those lay people leading todays outreach and missions teams.
- L5- was created to attempt to address this need.
- L5- is a practical, hands-on 5-week Leadership training course (hence the title) designed for people like you - Christians who lead evangelisation and / or missions teams for lay-missions organizations, prayer groups, communities, or discipleship training programs.
